About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Leader to guide the creation and evolution of our enterprise architecture program. This role involves aligning business, information, technical, and solution architectures to meet enterprise goals, as well as analyzing technology trends to assess their impact on the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision and the ability to influence senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry experience, including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams or projects.
• Proven ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.
• Experience in making strategic decisions regarding IT for an enterprise and managing those initiatives autonomously.
• Frequently reports to a Chief Information Officer or Chief Technology Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of the enterprise architecture function and program.
• Coordinate enterprise architecture requirements by analyzing business drivers.
• Assess technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the organization.
• Develop and oversee the enterprise architecture governance structure aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Manage the implementation and ongoing refinement of enterprise architecture activities.
• Develop and execute a communication and education plan for enterprise architecture standards.
• Act as a consultant to IT and business leaders in crafting IT solutions that meet business needs.
