STACK is looking for a Director, Enterprise Applications who must be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader capable of owning the vision, execution, and ongoing optimization of enterprise business systems. This role will require deep expertise in ERP platforms (preferably NetSuite), HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), Construction Management platforms (preferably Procore), a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the ability to manage product backlogs, drive cross-functional initiatives, and align technology with business priorities. This leader will proactively stay current with application roadmaps and new releases to ensure the organization leverages modern capabilities, driving automation and business process optimization. As a leader and communicator, the Director, Enterprise Applications will bring a deep understanding of enterprise systems architecture, business process design, and the product development lifecycle. They will excel in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions, facilitating collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders, and delivering systems that enhance efficiency, insight, and operational excellence.
