About The Position

Work with U.S and international markets across a number of key aspects of IT enablement – DevOps, ITSM, operational excellence and cloud technology. Play a key leadership role in the adoption of a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline for the public cloud which is consumed by technology teams globally. Coach and direct global teams who provide critical global services in addition to key technical guidance and support to both US and international markets. Play a key leadership role in a global team focused on providing technology solutions that are easily maintained, flexible and aligned to company strategy to fully leverage public cloud services. Regularly work with team members from multiple functions in multiple locations, in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment. Travel required up to 10%. Telecommuting permitted up to 60%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Technology, Electronics Engineering, Business or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Director, Engineering-related occupation.
  • Demonstrable experience with IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
  • Experience with agile software methodology.
  • Experience with deploying, supporting and using CI/CD tools in a public cloud environment.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Service (AWS) and workload migration to public cloud.
  • Experience with automation & development including Ruby, Python, JSON, Java, JavaScript Frameworks, .NET, databases and API services.
  • Ability to connect with business and technology partners based in Latin America.
