About The Position

One Identity is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Program Management to lead and orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives across our global engineering organization and broader company. This role is critical to ensuring alignment between engineering, product, security, and business objectives, driving execution excellence, and delivering high-impact outcomes at scale. In addition, this role will act in a Chief of Staff role, assisting the CTO with various strategic initiatives and implementations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management within a technology or software development environment.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and enterprise-level program governance.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and global organizations.
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business priorities.
  • Partner with engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership to define program scope, success metrics, and execution plans.
  • Establish and drive program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and reporting mechanisms to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to long-term planning and roadmap development, ensuring programs are resourced appropriately and aligned with company strategy.
  • Continuously improve program management processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance visibility, agility, and scalability across teams.
  • Provide clear, concise, and actionable updates to stakeholders at all levels, including executive briefings and board-level reporting.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing program management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
