Your role will ensure seamless execution and delivery, balancing customer needs with business objectives.

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmaps for hardware programs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of hardware products from concept to market launch and end-of-life.
  • Lead and integrate cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, industrial design, software, firmware, and manufacturing.
  • Oversee and allocate budgets and resources across hardware programs.
  • Manage the entire portfolio of hardware projects, set priorities and resolve conflicts.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of autonomy and excellence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders up to, and including, the executive level.
  • Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to perform trade-off analyses and resolve complex product development challenges.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in program management in hardware development.
  • 5+ years of experience in building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • 5+ years of managing and creating budgets.
  • Experience and strong understanding of basic engineering principles and development.
  • Understand and communicate complex, technical/Engineering issues.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.
