About The Position

As Director, you will lead the development of the lower-half software for our GPU Platforms portfolio. You will provide global leadership to our software teams in the US and Taiwan, guiding the design, planning, and development of essential lower-level systems software. This includes delivering GPU products through GCP in bare metal and virtualized SKUs and to internal first-party customers, with a focus on optimizing time-to-market and quality. You will take full responsibility for the execution of lower-half software for the GPU products portfolio. This encompasses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software quality, technical debt management, and supporting effective deployment and health stabilization for system availability and reliability within our data centers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development and leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of lower-level systems software and GPU technologies.
• Experience managing software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Ability to optimize time-to-market and product quality.
• Experience in technical debt management and system reliability.
