About The Position
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director Engineering & Construction Safety to be located in New Brunswick, NJ. At Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) we look after all J&J buildings around the world providing end-to-end services from Real Estate, Engineering & Strategic Project Delivery to Facilities Management. We have a profound influence on the entire J&J Enterprise, providing innovative workplaces where our employees can collaborate and grow, and delivering flexible site solutions which enable our business to best serve our customers and patients. The E&PS Project Delivery Team is looking for a motivated and organized individual to lead the development & deployment of effective and efficient safety management strategy & tactical activities. This includes iterations to standards, guidelines, supporting digital tools, capability building and performance monitoring to drive continuous improvement and reduce operational risk. This is a global impact role, collaborating with the regional and field safety teams and the project delivery group, working with data intelligence teams to turn data into intelligence for the business and creating the key program elements to drive safety in the construction projects.
