About The Position
The Director of Engineering at RCMI Hospitality Management LLC is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the hotel's facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role involves managing the engineering staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Director will also be involved in budgeting, financial forecasting, and staff training, while directly reporting to the General Manager.
