Using a unique care model to help patients find the best path forward, Vori Health connects patients to a trained care team that includes a nonoperative physical medicine physician, a health coach navigator, and a physical therapist who manage the initial patient assessment and then work to coordinate all aspects of care. The ideal candidate for the role of Director , Sales, has a background in employer sales, consultant relationship building , and distribution partners hips with a gifted ability to make the complex understandable. This is not a transactional sales role, but rather an educator who is naturally curious about client needs and how we can design success together. This role must understand the flow of money through the healthcare system and have working knowledge of risk and value-based care. This is a role for a seasoned sales and business development executive, someone comfortable with both C-level strategic conversations as well as operations-level probing and tactics. Success will come from understanding all the levers in this space (there are a lot), the motivations behind each stakeholder, and how Vori Health is an elegant solution to serve everyone and make the process work better . Collaboration will make all this work and the successful candidate will be a consultative builder. Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $120,000–$150,000 USD , with total on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $300,000 USD , inclusive of variable incentive compensation tied to performance. Total earnings are uncapped .
