As the Director of Employer Branding & Marketing for North America, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand, improving our reputation, and attracting top talent in one of our key markets. This position requires close collaboration with our global employer brand team and key stakeholders across the business to design and implement our talent marketing strategy in North America. You will manage essential channels, including employee advocacy, content creation, and various marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be expected to define and build regional Employer Brand strategies that align with our global branding initiatives. You will work with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and strategic goals, developing and executing talent acquisition marketing strategies that attract diverse talent pools. Leading employer branding initiatives such as employee referral programs, employer awards submissions, and ambassador programs will be part of your responsibilities to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice. You will also drive the implementation of innovative recruitment marketing tactics, utilizing digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM strategies, social media advertising, and content marketing to maximize engagement with potential candidates. Your role will involve creating compelling employer branding materials, including job postings, career site content, employee testimonials, and social media campaigns that showcase our unique culture and employer value proposition. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition marketing campaigns will be essential, as will providing regular insights to inform decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Branding and Communications, DEI, and People and Culture, while building relationships with external partners and advertising agencies to amplify our employer brand. Additionally, managing and optimizing the budget for talent acquisition marketing initiatives will be a critical aspect of your role, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
