The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading negotiations and managing the comprehensive grievance process. Developing, implementing, and overseeing all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Title IX compliance programs. Directing and resolving complex investigations into complaints involving discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.
