About The Position
The Director of Employee Experience and Engagement is responsible for shaping the team member (employee) experience in line with the models and values of the organization. This role partners with HR and business leaders to provide consistent, high quality, and scalable experiences across the team member lifecycle. The director also oversees team member listening strategies, HR program change management efforts, and internal communities to ensure an engaged and impactful workplace culture. This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
