This position develops and leads the Human Resources team in employee and labor relations, providing support in organizational and performance management for aligned hospitals and service lines. The role is responsible for creating a human resource management philosophy that aligns with best practices and the WVU Medicine organizational mission. The individual will work closely with the VP of Human Resources to lead a team of HR professionals and communicate HR needs to executive management.
