About The Position

In this position, you will partner with Brand collaborators to implement national brand sales strategy for our ERICO and ILSCO brands in the USA. You will lead 11+ direct reports across inside and outside sales, execute National and Regional programs, and lead cost and pricing initiatives for your assigned region. You will also support inventory planning and promotions at distributor partners, develop and implement plans to improve stocking position, and create SPIFFs, promotions, trade show events, and product positioning. Your role will involve expanding sales proficiencies to promote brand products efficiently and demonstrating our value propositions.
