About The Position
The Director of Education Leadership Programs is a full-time, benefits eligible position based in the McColl School of Business Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) and in cooperation with the Cato School of Education. The position reports to the Executive Director of the Executive Leadership Institute. The Director of Education Leadership Programs is a key member of the Executive Leadership Institute team. Responsibilities include guiding and contributing to the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of programs focused on leadership in the education sector. The cornerstone program the Director is accountable for is the for-credit School Executive Leadership Academy (SELA). The Director is also accountable for not-for-credit programs delivered for education sector clients. This position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is not eligible to earn overtime pay or compensatory time off for additional hours worked. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
