About The Position
The Director of Education Development and Training is responsible for the strategy, planning and implementation of the K/SHU Training and Education programs including Artist Inductions and Trainings, Key Brand programs and Specialty Events to ensure that the artists, full-time educators, field sales and education teams, are providing best in class service and support to the customer with sell-out at the forefront. The Director of Education Development and Training creates O+O content, then directly interprets and trains the brand ethos, messaging, new launches and educational programs. This role works with the field Educational Directors to roll out all content with the purpose for them to ensure their field teams can execute confidence in sell-through strategies and with inspiration in salons and to their customers.
