About The Position

Lead customer support Initiatives to develop and implement a consistent customer support vision and strategy across all Electrical Sector businesses. Drive consensus across divisions for enterprise programs. Partner with field sales to meet top line and profit objectives. Maintain and improve framework for delivering and measuring year over year customer support productivity improvements, process harmonization and cost reduction. Serve as the site leader for the Avery Creek location including advocating for capital investment in the facility, leading site-wide events and working with the site EHS. Motivate and build a high-performance culture. Build organizational capability to serve as the bench for field sales positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience within customer support, marketing or sales with 7 + years in a people leadership position.
  • Experience in a similar scope/scale role for a multinational product focused organization, preference for electrical industry experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and how to drive accountability across a highly complex footprint, servicing multiple internal business groups
  • Significant expertise in process improvement, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience leading highly effective, inclusive and accountable teams
  • Experience navigating organizational change and leading through ambiguity
  • Proven ability to influence commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders
