About The Position
The Director, in collaboration with Early Childhood faculty and staff, will implement the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Career Pathways grant and ensure all activities comply with the grant proposal and regulations. This role coordinates grant services across college departments and provides direct student advising and support within the ECE program. The Director maintains current knowledge of Early Education and Care (EEC) policies and regulations to inform program development. Key responsibilities include data tracking and reporting, grant oversight, fiscal management, partnership coordination, participant recruitment, and community advocacy. All activities will be conducted in partnership with relevant faculty and staff. This is a grant-funded position. Continued employment is contingent upon availability of grant funding and performance of professional duties.
