About The Position
The position oversees the student experience across Kellogg's early career programs, specifically the CPU (undergrad certificate) and MiM (Master in Management). The role involves managing all aspects of the student lifecycle from recruitment and admissions to academic advising and graduation. The individual will lead cross-functional resources and services fundamental to the student experience, including academic experience, student life, leadership, and career planning. The position requires partnering with students, faculty, and administrators to create and implement programming that encourages students to proactively manage their academic, extracurricular, and career experiences. The role also involves leading engagement efforts for 300 students and coordinating their co-curricular experiences.
