We are seeking an experienced Strategy Professional to join Microsoft’s Experiences & Devices (E+D) Strategy team. Experiences & Devices (E+D) is a product group within Microsoft creating trusted and loved productivity experiences and devices for people at home, work, and school. Some of Microsoft’s best-known products are supported by E+D: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Office, Windows, Outlook, Teams, Edge, Surface, and others. In this era of rapid technological change, the E+D Strategy team plays a crucial role in defining how E+D will drive the next wave of growth. The team’s charter includes Project-based quantitative and qualitative decision support for high-priority strategic issues. An ongoing focus on white space opportunity sizing, business model analysis, new initiative ideation, and competitive analysis and game theory. As a Director, E+D Strategy, this role requires you to be comfortable navigating a complex and dynamic environment, building solid relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving impactful work across a wide set of teams and disciplines. The Director E+D Strategy will scale the team’s impact by coaching and developing talent on the team to create an inclusive high-performing organization. This role will support a One Microsoft culture and influence horizontally across the company by partnering with teams from E+D, marketing, finance, corporate strategy, business development, and other central Microsoft teams. This position can be based at either the Redmond campus OR the Mountain View campus, with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation assistance is available.
