As the Director E-commerce Marketing & Merchandising you will help the LG team to drive e-commerce revenue across the Home Appliance and Home Entertainment business units. This position resides in the (CMX) Customer Experience Marketing team and works closely with various LG (DTC) Direct to Consumer business & Digital Transformation teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce marketing strategies to drive LG.com revenue growth, customer engagement, and conversion, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals. You will create and execute e-commerce campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive conversion, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience, from website design, user interface, and product presentation. Additionally, you will architect and manage the end-to-end customer journey on-site, continuously identifying opportunities to reduce friction, increase engagement, and optimize for conversion at every stage of the funnel.
