About The Position

The Director, Dressings & Compression Portfolio (the “Director”) is responsible for driving the collective strategy, growth, and execution of the dressings and compression brands, such as UrgoCleanAg, UrgoK2, Drawtex, Urgotul. This role is designed for a strategic, enterprise-minded leader who can move seamlessly between portfolio-level thinking and deep, hands-on brand leadership—identifying synergies where they exist while also driving focused, brand-specific strategies to maximize market impact, adoption, and long-term value. This role operates as a player-coach who both sets strategy and personally drives execution. The Director will serve as the connective leader across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Quality and Regulatory, and Operational teams, ensuring alignment between brand strategies and market needs. This role partners closely with the sales team, National Sales Director Post Acute, Corporate Accounts Directors, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Compliance, Customer Excellence, and Healthcare System stakeholders to execute scalable wins across the continuum of care. The Director will directly manage a team supporting the newest and most demanding brand, UrgoClean Ag, and will personally lead downstream strategy and execution for the UrgoK2, Drawtex, and UrgoTul brands. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in medical devices, wound care, or a related healthcare field.
  • Demonstrated experience in the post-acute care market (e.g., SNFs, LTACHs, home health,outpatient wound clinics).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Experience managing direct reports and developing high-performing talent.
  • Experience managing or supporting multi-brand portfolios.
  • Familiarity with clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement dynamics in wound care.
  • Experience partnering with large healthcare systems or enterprise-level customers.
  • Background working closely with Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the dressing strategy across four wound care brands, operating as a player- coach who both sets strategy and personally drives execution, with direct downstream marketing ownership for three of the four key brands.
  • Design, develop, and execute integrated downstream marketing campaigns—including positioning, messaging, value propositions, field tools, and launch initiatives—working in close partnership with Sales to ensure strategies are practical, adoptable, and impactful in the field.
  • Evaluate portfolio performance and market dynamics to identify synergies, maximize current opportunities, and define areas for integration or differentiation, translating insights into executable campaigns, pilots, and scalable programs.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies that drive growth, utilization, and improved patient outcomes, maintaining personal accountability for results while leading cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Customer Excellence.
  • Serve as the strategic and executional voice of the dressings portfolio to global marketing community, supporting in the feedback loop for new product launches and SKU optimization.
  • Directly manage a high-impact team member supporting the newest brand launch, providing clear direction, prioritization, and development.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture focused on patient outcomes, customer success, and sustainable growth.
  • Lead a cross-functional Brand Team that rotates annually to ensure strong field connection, pilot new ideas, and bring real-world insights into post-acute strategy and execution.
  • Support national and regional post-acute initiatives with large provider organizations, IDNs, and health systems.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to scale successful pilots, programs, and partnerships across brands.
  • Track and communicate performance metrics, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Ensure strategies are aligned with evolving reimbursement, care delivery models, and post- acute trends.
