About The Position
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Site Director is responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing management of targeted DEI initiatives at RWJBarnabas Health. This role involves aligning DEI strategies with health equity goals and business objectives, serving as a subject-matter expert, and championing innovation and inclusion within the organization. The Director will work closely with the Chief Diversity Officer and hospital leadership to execute the Corporate Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (CODEI) System deployment plan.
