About The Position
The Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at Chewy is responsible for designing, driving, and accelerating strategies for inclusion across the talent lifecycle. This role requires a deep expertise in DEI principles and practical experience in integrating DEI into talent processes, fostering inclusion, and building effective employee resource groups. The Director will work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure that DEI initiatives align with business strategies and are effectively implemented throughout the organization.
