About The Position
The Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access & Advocacy (DEIA & A) at Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles (GSGLA) is responsible for overseeing the strategy to operationalize diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization. This full-time role involves collaboration with various teams to create partnerships, advocate for the girl experience, and develop programs that support the mission of GSGLA. The director will lead initiatives that promote girl empowerment, gender equity, and social justice, ensuring that DEIA principles are embedded in the organization's culture and operations.
