Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Ten years in a combination of physical distribution, transportation, resources management and retailing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all regional self-run distribution operations.
• Manage distribution workload region-wide.
• Allocate resources to optimize distribution productivity.
• Ensure compliance with asset integrity standards.
• Communicate with selling club managers and vendors as necessary to ensure timely support.
• Formulate and execute applicable budgets and expense controls.
• Spearhead resolution of emerging problems relating to packing, packaging, trailer loading, positive receiving, and timing of deliveries.
• Manage outbound transportation routing to ensure timely delivery to selling clubs.
