This role drives operational efficiency, continuous improvement through Lean processes, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring food safety, workplace safety, and effective labor and union relations. The Director also oversees workforce development, succession planning, and manages operational and capital budgets to support long-term business objectives. This role is based at the Acme Distribution Center in Denver, PA.
