About The Position

The Director, Sales is responsible for expanding relationships while successfully growing sales and achieving strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business management or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrable successful sales management experience, ideally in addition to a track record of a countrywide sales and distribution management, within a growth-oriented business unit of a larger corporation or a medium-sized company. This will include delivering consistent profitable growth.
  • Car Wash product knowledge
  • Experience with P&L responsibility for a company or business unit with a proven ability to work with financial information to understand, communicate, and deliver important results.
  • Sales forecasting and planning
  • Critically a solid track record of success in capital equipment sales/consultative sales to senior budgeting and business operations
  • Previous exposure to channel sales as part of a system-based sales offering generating revenue from consumable products or services
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is a must
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents
  • Listening, negotiation and presentation skills a must
  • High Level of Proficiency in MS Office products and Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the business while improving the organization in the USA; develop and execute a consultative sales strategy with a clear focus and understanding of the different target groups.
  • Develop and implement a growth-oriented sales plan aimed at securing increased market share from direct competitors without changing the company’s focus on adding customer value for a profitable business
  • Establish a strategy aligned with the company’s global strategic direction and develop short-term goals and initiatives in line with overall group objectives, with an eye on profitability as well as sales growth for new installations.
  • Prepares presentations, manages customer activities, customer setup and pricing.
  • Ensure that all sales efficiency KPI’s are met as well as driving improvement in sales effectiveness through both training on a team level and one on one sales coaching in the field
  • Work harmoniously with the marketing team to develop and execute a powerful customer winning strategy
  • Develop a cooperative partnership with the service organization to provide our customers with the best-in-class service.
  • Working with the local management team, lead efforts to continuously improve the company’s internal structure and procedures, as well as develop and strengthen communication and teamwork within the company.
  • Drive cultural change in a collaborative, positive atmosphere that promotes open communication.
