About The Position

We’re looking for an inspiring, hands‑on Director of Dining Services to lead a vibrant foodservice program serving 3,000+ students across six schools in Gainesville Independent School District, TX. This is an opportunity to make a real impact—bringing fresh, engaging, and nutritious meals to students from Head Start through High School while driving strong operational performance. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team of 32 frontline associates, an Executive Chef, and a Marketing Manager. You’ll champion key Chartwells programs—including Global Eats, Student Choice, Discover Kitchen, and Mood Boost—bringing fun, flavor, and excitement to the café experience. You’ll also oversee a thriving catering program and play a critical role in ensuring compliance, financial success, and outstanding client satisfaction. Requirements

Five plus years of foodservice management experience.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Food Services/Management/Hospitality/Nutrition preferred or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and (catering trends) is preferred.
Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
