About The Position

Overview:As the Director of Dining Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a dining account, ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding customer experiences, and operational excellence. This leadership role requires strong client relationship management, financial oversight, and the ability to inspire and lead a team of associates. You will collaborate with culinary and management teams to deliver innovative dining programs and maintain the highest standards of service.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in foodservice operations, with a focus on high-volume production and catering.
Proven experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a desire to grow within a leading foodservice organization.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Client & Guest Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Menu Development: Partner with the Chef and management team to create menus that reflect quality, variety, and innovation.
Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of P&L and budgeting for the account, ensuring financial goals are met.
Program Implementation: Lead the rollout of new culinary programs and initiatives to enhance the dining experience.
Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
