Job SummaryFRESH IDEAS is hiring an energetic and growth-minded Director of Dining Services to lead The Agora Dining Hall in Granville Towers in beautiful downtown Chapel Hill, NC! In ths role, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day food service operations for an off-campus dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. College dining is fast-paced, creative, and people-focused: You’re innovating menus and programs You see immediate impact in guest satisfaction Students and campus communities give direct feedback — it’s meaningful work. Requirements

  • High volume production is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Nice To Haves

  • BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of foodservice operation experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
  • Work with the Executive Chef and food service team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Roll out new culinary programs
