About The Position

The Director of Dining Services for Chartwells K12 is responsible for leading and transforming dining experiences within the Tukwila School District. This role involves strategic planning, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service to enhance student satisfaction and health. The director will mentor a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management/Hospitality preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five plus years of foodservice management experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and catering trends is preferred.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
