About The Position
Chartwells K12's goal is to make sure students leave the cafeteria happier and healthier than they came in, by serving food kids love to eat and creating custom dining programs. With more than 16,000 associates in 4,500 schools, ranging from large public institutions to small charter and private schools, Chartwells K12 is built on decades of food, education and operational experience driven by top culinary, nutrition, wellness, and sustainability talent. We are on the hunt for a passionate Director of Dining Services to take the reins at our brand-new K-12 school account with Ponder ISD in Ponder, TX-just 40 miles northwest of Dallas! In this role, you'll lead a team of up to 18 hourly associates to deliver nutritious, exciting meals that fuel young minds. This position is perfect for a task-oriented pro who thrives on strategic planning, operational excellence, and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
