We're seeking a hands-on Director of Dining Services to launch and oversee dining operations for our brand-new K-12 account at Downtown Doral Charter Elementary and Upper Schools. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running , bringing exceptional culinary expertise to create fresh, innovative menus that meet nutritional standards while delighting students. Your ability to combine creativity with operational excellence will set the tone for an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate will have K-12 food service experience , strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of dining services—from kitchen operations to team development. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate within our diverse community. Requirements

  • K-12 food service experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage all aspects of dining services—from kitchen operations to team development

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Services/Management/Hospitality/Nutrition preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Five plus years of foodservice management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and (catering trends) is preferred.
  • Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
