About The Position
The Director will lead the strategy, development, and operations of digital workspace technologies across the organization, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of operating systems, application packaging and deployment, patch management, and end-user support. This role also encompasses oversight of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), thin client solutions, and comprehensive endpoint management, including mobile device management and productivity services. The ideal candidate will drive innovation to enhance user experience, increase productivity, and strengthen security, delivering scalable, user-focused solutions that support a modern and efficient digital workplace.
