About The Position

This position is a hybrid role in the 225 Liberty Street NY office. Work closely with stakeholders to identify key content performance metrics, frameworks, and insights for our digital brand and content operations teams. Analyze investment and performance of content types to conduct ROI analyses, develop short- and long-term content planning to maximize efficiency and drive revenue/audience growth. Meet frequently with General Managers / brand leads to review monthly spending estimates, working to understand any discrepancies and develop processes and strategies to maximize spend and stay within budget parameters. Proactively, and on a frequent and regular basis, debrief and collaborate with key stakeholders (including the Head of Video, GMs, Chief Growth Officer, and COO) on key findings and proposed responsive actions. Develop reference materials and/or presentations that inform stakeholders, including dashboards and/or monthly reports that can be distributed. Support annual strategic planning efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a top management consulting, investment bank, and/or media/entertainment/tech company in a strategic/analytical role
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with an ability to apply data to drive decision-making
  • Motivated, disciplined, flexible, and able to work independently
  • Proactive and possess a high level of intellectual curiosity with the ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with experience collaborating across multi-functional groups
  • Exceptional communications skills, ability to present effectively, ability to summarize detailed and complex findings for both junior and senior leader audiences at the company
  • High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis
  • Strength in using Microsoft / Excel / GSuite skills, including ability to pivot and use complex Excel / Gsheet formulas to organize data
  • Ability to distill complex information data sets and synthesize output for analysis
  • Passion for content / digital media; prior experience in media/entertainment a plus, but not a prerequisite
