About The Position

The Director of Digital Services leads the eLoans and eServices teams and is responsible for the overall performance of Harborstone Credit Union's Digital Channel. This leader will assist in the development, prioritization and implementation of strategic and operational plans related to advancing the consumer and business banking digital channels. Leveraging multiple sources, including marketing, the Director develops and implements a technology and product roadmap to create transparency and readiness for planned enhancements. This position creates and/or assists in the development, tracking and control of the Digital department annual operating and capital budgets. The Director of Digital Services integrates data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis and company goals to drive prioritization of department initiatives.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience managing and/or directing a digital experience team, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and develop team members who optimize the member experience through remote touchpoints based on Harborstone's strategic mission.
  • Consistently advocate for Harborstone's members, offering opportunities for financial equity and prosperity.
  • Provide leadership in support of improving the financial health of staff, members, and local communities.
  • Responsible for business growth and goal achievement in the Digital Channel.
  • Proactively lead a successful digital direct loan origination channel.
  • Lead the eServices team and the delivery of all digital deposit products and services.
  • Help create and lead the implementation of strategies within the Digital Channel.
  • Build trust with members and internal staff by embodying and demonstrating the Core Values of the organization.
  • Proactively seek to understand industry best practices for digital delivery and engagement.
  • Develop and/or assist in developing the Digital Channel budget.
  • Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business requirements for integration of digital products and services.
  • Develop, monitor and communicate key metrics related to product and service performance.

  • Maximum $135,000/year
  • Applicant with a desired mix of knowledge, skills, and abilities could anticipate $101,250 - $108,000
