The Director, Digital Product Management is responsible for defining, governing, and executing the enterprise digital product portfolio. This senior leadership role ensures that customer facing and internal digital products—including websites, portals, and integrated digital platforms—are aligned to business strategy, securely integrated with core enterprise systems, and delivered through disciplined, product based execution models. Reporting to the CIO, this role partners closely with business leaders, IT leadership, and delivery teams to drive measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and long term digital transformation. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining a multi-year digital product vision and roadmap, owning digital product portfolio prioritization, establishing success metrics, leading planning and prioritization of digital product initiatives, translating business needs into product roadmaps, overseeing agile delivery, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms, partnering with various teams for scalability and security, establishing governance standards, acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, aligning various internal teams, communicating roadmap progress, building and developing high-performing digital product teams, managing vendor partners, and fostering a product-centric culture.
