About The Position
AAA Life Insurance Company is seeking a Director, Digital Platform Strategy & Management within the Marketing team! The Director, Digital Platform Strategy & Management is responsible for formulating the vision and strategy for AAALife.com and associated integration with AAA Club digital properties AAA.com across the AAA Federation. The role's primary responsibility is to implement and lead all aspects of the website platform based on business strategy, voice of the customer insights, and AAA club input. This leader will partner with external/internal business and IT partners to drive detailed clarity and focus on the requirements needed to deliver the digital strategy. The role will own the Content Management System (CMS), Google Analytics and reporting, and all strategic discussions surrounding AAA Club digital integrations. The leader will also oversee the digital customer journey across the traditional marketing funnel and considers a multichannel marketing approach.
