About The Position
We are seeking a talented, dynamic digital marketing leader to grow and support the agency's paid digital and social media offerings. This role requires a creative problem solver with a highly entrepreneurial spirit, an analytical mindset, and someone who will lead with digital-first strategies and data-driven decisions. This role requires mastery of planning and implementing measurable, intentional programs across key organic and paid digital marketing channels within the digital and social marketing ecosystem. They stay ahead of digital trends and technology, present confidently in client meetings and new business pitches, and bring proven, results-oriented strategies to the table, always thinking innovatively and commercially.
