About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, this role will establish a best-in-class digital marketing capability, focused on operational excellence with a strategic vision and roadmap. This role will focus on Kiniksa’s first commercial product, ARCALYST® (rilonacept), as well as corporate with a disproportionate focus on ARCALYST®. This role will enable high-impact corporate, product, and disease communications across all digital and social channels in partnership with all functions and serve as the critical bridge between the commercial teams and our IT business partners. The successful candidate will have a desire and passion to play an integral part in building a generational company focused on positively impacting patients with high unmet needs. The successful candidate will possess a ‘roll up your sleeves, get things done’ mindset and recognize the opportunity for growth within a young and growing company, coming in laser-focused on in-role execution to capitalize on that opportunity. For candidates living in the greater Boston area, this role is based in our Lexington office. Our office-based employees follow a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Otherwise, this position is eligible for remote work for candidates outside the area.

Requirements

  • Requires a BS degree (MBA or advanced degree is preferred) with 10+ years of experience in a digital marketing or operations role. Experience in life sciences or healthcare industry preferred. Omnichannel experience, inclusive of personalized journeys across web and email, preferred
  • Marketing analytics and reporting experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of key digital/omnichannel initiatives and capabilities, including the transformation required to accelerate customer engagement
  • Ensure platforms are set up aligned to business use cases, optimized for ongoing operations, and can scale for future growth
  • Maintain on going digital marketing reporting dashboards and set up analytics required to drive personalization across channels.
  • Ensure KPIs are aligned with digital campaign objectives
  • Manage ongoing optimization of paid marketing campaigns, working closely the HCP and patient brand marketers
  • Lead campaign operations, providing support for the build and business rules development prior to deployment, ensure tagging and tracking are in place for reporting, and testing all creative / campaign rules prior to launch.
  • Maintain ongoing documentation for tactical development, including digital operations best practices, and platform operations.
