The Director of Digital IT Program Delivery at Parts Town is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the execution and delivery of key IT and technology programs that support the company's rapid growth. This position involves collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to establish governance models and scalable solutions that enhance business operations and modernize IT practices. The role requires a hands-on approach to program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of key IT programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage the IT project portfolio using a structured prioritization framework to optimize resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strategic roadmaps for IT, ensuring high decision quality.
  • Guide large-scale IT projects from initiation through execution, focusing on continuous improvement and quality.
  • Implement and refine governance models and demand management practices, ensuring adoption of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
  • Serve as the interface between IT and business leadership, providing updates on program performance and risks.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues across programs, developing mitigation strategies for successful execution.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT/technology with large program and project delivery and management.
  • Experience in a Digital IT consultancy role and/or managing large transformations focused on core business processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering major transformation projects within enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in Agile manifesto and SAFe methodologies, with experience transitioning organizations to a product-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Monday, and Microsoft Project for portfolio management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, etc.), with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP (ERP platforms) and Salesforce.
  • Accreditation with PMI and PRINCE2.
