The Director of Development owns the strategy and execution of one or more high-performing software delivery teams. We're looking for a technology leader who has consistently delivered highly scalable, 24/7 production-grade applications and services - and who brings the same level of excellence to growing the people and teams behind them. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about both the technology and the organization: championing reliable, industry-leading engineering while fostering a global team culture where innovation moves fast and quality is never a trade-off.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented - a meticulous approach to work, prioritizing accuracy and thoroughness to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Accountable - takes full responsibility for actions and their outcomes, with an emphasis on learning from experience
• Experience in development strategy
• Experience in qa methodology
• Experience in agile methodology/scrum

Responsibilities

• Scale a high-performing development organization - design team structures that drive productivity and adaptability as the organization grows
• Drive accountability through data - develop and implement a robust system for tracking and reporting KPIs across the organization
• Champion delivery efficiency - implement diverse delivery methodologies to ensure timely, cost-effective product delivery
• Align resources and stakeholders - efficiently manage commitments, resources, and expectations to deliver high-value project outputs
• Lead post-acquisition integration - own the integration of Delivery Engine (DE) teams, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment
