Position Overview: The Director of Detection Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of internal fraud detections systems, ensuring the effective monitoring of insider threats and internal fraud risks across the enterprise. This role manages the detection infrastructure, alert triage and case referrals. Working closely with the VP of Detection, Reporting, and QA, Investigations and Technology teams, the Director ensures that internal fraud alerts are timely, accurate, and actionable, while minimizing false positives and operational noise.
