UJA is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Design Lead to play a pivotal role in building the UJA brand, appealing to prospective donors and enhancing existing donors’ connection to UJA. As a key member of the Marketing Hub team, reporting to the VP of Marketing & Brand Strategy, this role will focus on providing leadership and administrative support to the design team, ensuring design consistency, project coordination, and supporting the creation of various marketing materials to advance UJA's fundraising and programmatic goals. While the role still involves hands-on design, a significant portion of the focus will be on mentoring, coaching, and providing strategic design support to other designers that report into this role. Additionally, this role will lead the creative design and implementation of UJA's rebrand project, ensuring that the updated brand is adaptable and functional across all platforms, while aligning with the overall strategic goals of the organization. This role will oversee the rollout, ensuring the creation of all necessary brand assets and documents for a smooth and cohesive brand transition.
