Rate of Pay: $135,928.00 to $208,200.00 per Year Duties: Manage regional design teams and ensure quality, look, and feel across all projects. Oversee projects during various phases, ensuring that furniture, finishes, and global components align with the brand globally; lead bi-weekly global design team calls to align trend topics, project scope, and calendars, ensuring global coherence; send monthly reports detailing the status, risks, and updates for the global design portfolio, expanding beyond the previously mentioned collaboration; lead the Design Center of Excellence including managing design guideline initiatives and spearheading regional updates to achieve global consistency; develop high-bar standards for consultants to ensure design excellence, such as restroom and pantry design packs; consolidate lessons learned from completed projects into ongoing and future design efforts through a QA/QC Checklist for Project Managers, consultants, and design teams by setting a minimum quality benchmark; maintain an active awareness and understanding of global workplace trends, innovations and opportunities; manage Project ReImagine, with a deeper involvement in execution beyond the RACI, reviewing CD drawings, and leading page-turn sessions to ensure the highest quality in execution; update the firm with current design trends and innovations, maintaining a forward-looking design strategy; support the “One Real Estate” initiative, ensuring all regional offices reflect the firm’s brand, values, and design principles; act as the guardian of global design principles, promoting cohesion while recognizing the importance of local heritage and sustainable sourcing; and lead future operations structuring within the design team to establish consistent design review processes, reinforcing global brand alignment. Requirements

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Architectural studies or related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or in a design-related occupation.
  • Space planning and interior design of various enclosed spaces
  • Development of design packages including conceptual design, design development of Workplace Design projects
  • Reviewing and detailing shop drawings for construction plans, ensuring they comply with design standards
  • Specify materials, finishes, furniture and accessories
  • Develop renderings and visualization
  • Revit drafting and modeling
