About The Position
The Director, Design Quality at Abbott is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of product development within the division. This role involves managing the Design Quality function in the US, ensuring compliance with quality policies and processes, and implementing improvements to the Design Control System. The Director will track the effectiveness of the product development process and establish quality improvement goals, while also managing division-wide quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
