About The Position

The Director of Demand Generation at Allego is a strategic role focused on leading demand generation efforts to drive growth and revenue. This position involves creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and leveraging data analytics to optimize performance. Requirements

  • 10+ years of demand generation experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot experience preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a knack for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership abilities, demonstrated experience in building and mentoring a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth and innovation.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ABM practices and customer journey strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and events.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, draw insights, and implement improvements for enhanced lead quality and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and supports nurturing efforts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes.
  • Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various channels.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and mentor a team of demand generation professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
