This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio office 2 days per week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We are looking for a Delivery Leader within our Life Insurance Technology organization, to oversee a strategic $50M build portfolio, including a Tier-1 delivery that will modernize our remaining closed block administration platforms. In addition, this leader will be accountable for driving the successful execution of high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our digital capabilities. This role leads a team of four direct reports and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that support our mission of protecting what matters most to our members. We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong delivery mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for fostering high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
