The Opportunity USAA is building a dedicated Marketing Audience & Lifecycle Analytics team to establish the analytical foundation for how we engage, retain and grow our membership base. We are hiring a Director that will build and lead a high-performing team that focuses on understanding who our members are, how they move across their lifecycle, and where marketing can most effectively drive growth. The scope spans audience strategic analysis, campaign performance management, life-stage modeling, and insight delivery that shapes our marketing investment across our member portfolio. This role will partner closely with Marketing and Member Value leadership to translate analytics findings into actionable strategy. Additionally, as a leader within the Marketing Strategy & Analytics team, you will have a significant influence on our association’s overall measurement ecosystem. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site 4 days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
